We have a fleet of walk-in mobile refrigeration trailers ready for lease. Our equipment is state-of-the-art, requiring very little set-up time. All of our equipment uses standard 120 volt – 20 amp dedicated circuit so you typically will not have to hire an electrician. Our set up is fast and in minimal time your unit will be at the desired temperature and ready for use.

Our refrigeration trailers are compact enough to fit in the size of one parking space so they don’t take up a lot of room. This makes it easy to set up your mobile refrigeration outside your business, your party, a festival, or any event. The only requirement is that a 120 volt 20 amp dedicated circuit outlet must be located within 65 feet. We can provide a rental generator if needed.

Delivery – On Site Setup – Pickup
We can schedule delivery of your refrigerated trailers over the phone. Our driver will arrive at you location at the scheduled time and set the unit up in the location you specify. Our set up is fast and in minimal time your unit will be at the desired temperature and ready for use. If you let us know the day before delivery, we can pre-cool your unit so that it is ready for use even faster. Pickup needs to be scheduled with our office.

Optional Available Services
Each unit has a heavy duty 50 ft. grounded power cable capable. A standard 120 volt – 20 amp dedicated circuit outlet within 65 feet of the unit is required for operation. In cases where a power source is not available, Frosty Mobile Refrigeration can supply a generator for temporary power or provide an electrician’s services. Call for a quote on these services.

Equipment
Do your units make a lot of noise?
No. Not any more noise than a small air conditioning unit. In fact you would barely notice any sound generated from our units at your location. Our units are powered by 120v powered outlet and don’t require any noisy gasoline engines to operate.
Can we move the unit as needed?
No. Our units are not to be moved by your vehicles of any kind or by hand. Since they are our pride assets and we’re responsible for them, we ensure all mobility needs will be done by our personnel only at your location and done quickly.
Are the refrigerated trailers secure?
Yes, our refrigerated trailers are secured upon delivery and cannot be moved without one of our delivery trucks. Once the cooler or freezer is on your site, you will need to add your own lock to the back door. Our team does not need a key to the trailer. Only you and your approved personnel have access.
I have a technical problem, who do I contact?
Call our office 281-515-0240. Our sales team contact will work with you on resolving any issues regarding your unit. Most times of operation if there is an overload on your unit, our built-in safety switch will automatically cut the connection, but will return back in 1 minute. This can not be overridden.
Delivery & Setup
Where do you deliver?
Frosty Mobile Refrigeration can deliver to anywhere in the greater Houston area including Harris County, Montgomery County, Grimes County, Walker County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Galveston County, Chambers County, and Liberty County.
How long after delivery before I can use the trailer?
Each unit requires about 30 minutes to setup. Once setup is complete, your unit will be at the desired temperature and ready for in minimal time. If you let us know the day before delivery, we can pre-cool your unit so that it is ready for use even faster. Of course, you don’t need to wait for the unit to reach operating temperature to start moving supplies into the trailer. However, it will take longer to reach the desired temperature with the doors open.
Can I deliver and set up the trailer myself?
No. Our units are not to be moved by your vehicles or by hand. Since they are our pride assets and we’re responsible for them, we require that all delivery and setup be done by our personnel.

What is the cost to rent a refrigerated trailer?

What about metering fees and mileage charges?
We do not believe in charging metering fees, mileage charges, fuel costs, or any other hidden fees. We are up front and honest with everything that we do.

Although our regular business hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency delivery of our units is possible although emergency/after hours delivery fees will be charged.
